Thank you for another brain wacking post in your series. Please see the attached meme that is based on the writing of C. S. Lewis.
You call it intuition and I'm glad it works for you. I call it exhilaration cause it works for me. Those words of Lewis might help.
Bless you buddy 👋
"It would seem that Our Lord finds our desires not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea. We are far too easily pleased."
thanks Zoe, yeah, as words tend to wear out, both "addiction" and "intuition" carry a lot of baggage and will need refinement as I dig into this further. I wrote a piece on what intuition means to me some time ago, but my high-level pov is something like 'felt sense of self.'
Well said and so true. Addiction in some way is the norm, not the exception. Of course leads to "at what level is it addiction" vs just overdoing it... but i really dont; care - just words.
Damn - gotta stop eating these tortilla chips and reading mails instead of packing for the weekend....
good question re 'just overdoing it' -- I'll be discussing that later on. In fact I feel that the term "addiction" is pretty worn out at this point from... overuse. As I progress with this I'll be moving to another term with less baggage.

Love it. Examining our patterns. We all cope with something.
Really interesting. I’d love to hear your definition of intuition.
