Thanks for the shoutout Bowen. Re the conversation, I was “all in” through the whole piece. I really enjoyed listening to 2 lifestyle-aligned people cracking open the many facets of “physically moving your bodies” for so many reasons betond fitness and physical health. As you know, I am going through some serious emotional distress over an acute situation with my teenager and this is a reminder to get moving, that ruminating is only making matters worse. It has inspired me to write down a few additional activities that I must do each day (along with adding an accountability partner which levers up my ability to follow through). That these activities actually change my mindset allowing for greater capacity in my life. More optimism. More belief in myself. As a practice. Thank you for what you are doing.
