Flow, presence, Vedic meditation, intuition, fatherhood, adoption, giving things up, moving past alcohol, freedom, discipline, becoming a disciple of values, masculinities and identities...
I want to be a disciple of going inward. To be curious and non-judgmental about myself and my lived experience. No agenda other than to see what’s interesting about and creating affect in me. Not the Second City type of improv, but being in the mindset of knowing and feeling when to step in and also to be better at “yes, and...”, the core principle of improv.
