An interview with Bowen on Camden Hoch's Truth & Dare podcast
I'm still proud of this interview that I did nearly three years ago. Listening to it again, I hear many ideas coming through clearly that are still very present for me every day. Some highlights
The 3 messages that led me to change everything in my life
How physical activity awakens your intuition
Why nature is the first & ultimate inspiration
Why it’s powerful to think of some things as “obsolete”
What happiness really is
How I’m healthier at 49—now, in my fifties—than I ever was before
My next dare and my definition of truth
Here’s the episode that we recorded. It’s not up on her Camden’s site any longer, so I’m glad that I rescued it!
Hard to believe there are no comments to such an inspiring conversation but I guess it speaks to how difficult it is to build an audience. For instance our “buddy” Christopher has less than 1000 subscribers even with his notoriety. Although five grand a month is not too shabby. So much to chew on here and I’m not finished listening yet. I just wanted to touch on two points, meditation and sleep. I dabble in the Wim Hoff method and discovered breath retention is a sure fire way to settle the mind. My record is four minutes. I envision myself free diving on a coral reef. For sleep, nose breathing ala James Nestor. I taped my mouth at night for a year, now it’s totally natural. Ok I’m diving back in to the conversation.
Great episode, imagine going through life named after a toilet and men that procure prostitutes 🤦🏼♂️
